Your publicly available name, address, and phone number aren't really an issue...
At least in the US, the NSA already has all that information backed up for the identity thieves.

I just checked the contest again and am pretty certain there was no page requirement answer two days ago when I sent my mail, so I feel somewhat cheated.
Is there anything I can do now?

Search for the Logo and re-send an entry email?

I noticed the same thing. I even double-checked the instructions before I sent my e-mail because it seemed strange that they would omit the requirement this year given that it's always been there in previous years. Now I feel dumb for not just including the page number anyway, especially since I initially had it in my reply but then deleted it because according to the contest page it wasn't required.
They cross-check the IPs -- what you suggested is a nice way to get disqualified.

If you made a honest mistake then resubmit, not a problem.
We just want to prevent one person using multiple emails and names to enter the contest.

He will certainly not get disqualified by sending a second submission using the same email address his used in the 1st submission with a corrected entry info with the page etc.
That's why I gave the "advice" of re-submitting. The cross-IP check is for those smarties that use different usernames/names/emails to send multiple submissions.

For the lazy ones and just to save you some time, the logo is in the 290X review, page 14!
And Good Luck to all!
