Guru3D 2018 December 31 - Win an ASUS ROG Strix H370-F Gaming / Core i9 9900K & Sniper-X memory

We made it, it's the last day of the year and as such, we'll have our last competition. Up-to December 31st you will have had a chance of winning something. Today you can win an ASUS Republic Of Gamers Strix H370-F Gaming motherboard. However, Guru3D will be fitting that mobo with a Core i9 9900K and 16 GB G.Skill Sniper-X 3600 MHz DDR4 memory.

Thank you for hearing us out!

Every year during the Christmas season we give away cool stuff, this year once again are expanding as a thank you to everybody that disabled their ad-blocker. This is our way of expressing our respect for you to disable that ad-blocker on Guru3D.com

Win an ASUS ROG Strix H370-F / 9900K and 16GB Sniper-X Memory

The familiar looking ROG STRIX Gaming series can be with say a Core i7 8700K or 9700K and is a motherboard positioned in the affordable mainstream segment of the line-up. It very decent looks (even including some LED bling), offers features like higher-grade onboard audio, 2x M.2 SSD support (one with heatsink), GigE Ethernet interfaces (Intel), and a reinforced PCIe x16 slots.

Please visit the product page here or our review here.

This giveaway was all about that motherboard, however, since it's the last day of the year we figured, let's go out with a bang. Guru3D will top off this price with a Core i9 9900K processor and a G.Skill Sniper-X memory kit (16GB/3600 MHz).

Wow ... just wow ! Nice giveaway ... Best of luck in 2019 guys .... Have a wonderful night . I will register this as my PC started to act a bit crazy

I see you sport Phenom II X6. My father's system with Phenom II X4 went to hell due to PSU failure. I can't remember brand/model of that PSU, but all components were vetoed by me and I consider PSU as most important part in quality check. Therefore it was good quality PSU.

If system of that age shows troubles, it is best to go to basics. Put all to stock clock and test one by one to see what's having trouble. It you have trouble even at stock clock, check all grounding screws and cables for bad/corroded contacts.
If there are still problems then check with another PSU or check component by component in another system.

@foxX ! Tried everything man! PSU is almost new ( bought last year a 850 Evga SuperNova ) ... changed all the sata cables ( read somewhere they can also deteriorate over time ) ... I have never OC'ed ... .run'ed multiple Memtest and Disk Crystal Test's .... this is why from 12GB Ram I only let 10 GB installed .... ssd's and hdd's are looking good ( although the hdd are ancient as hell ) ... SO I ran out of Ideas ... thing the mobo is going bad ( capacitators or something ) ... or some viruses but I need to format all the data on all of them and I lose a lot if I do this
