The main game is single player.
GTA online is seperate and coming a few weeks later (though at no extra cost)

It looks they went wild on this one, just like in san andreas; and they´re bringing everthing great from the previous games dating to gta III. I´m looking forward to play this and hope it arrives on PC this year.
