I'm guessing they are only giving away the base game. I only just got the Ultimate version on Steam. Again and i'm just guessing you can't "upgrade" from the base game to Ultimate unless you pay full price for it.
Same thing happened to Rage 2, i got it free on Epic but couldn't buy the DLC unless i bought the full game again. Which is stupid i know because they missed out on a sale for this DLC. DLC that can't be got unless you spend full price. F That....
I just bought both dlc for £3.99 each, i now essentially have the ultimate edition but then i realized i could of just bought the season pass and got the whole lot for £5.99 and saved another £2

if that gpu pull the much wattage it better be give you mind boggling framerates

Seeing the 3070ti reviews pull like 300watts was enough to make me say no thanks. even 3060 card pull more wattage then my 1070ti does
The noVidia 3K series are criminally power inefficient. Even with a cap of 350W (technically 375W, but the BIOS fights me tooth and nail to not allow the maximum) my stupid 3080 is hard power limited, all the time, so I'll never know how high it can OC because it's not worth trying to get around that 375W limit since it's already at stupidity.
This is what happens in a FUBAR market where companies feel like they can do anything they want because they'll get away with it. You know it's in a state absolute degeneracy when people are hoping that INTEL, of all the scum in the world, help the market partially recover by potentially introducing some semblance of competition, or availability.

Yeah, the samsung node aint great... aint with phone chips, and it aint with gpu's... i still dont understand why nvidia went with samsung, when their node has been underperfoming vs tsmc in phones for years... must have been a very good (cheap) deal they got.

This is why:

They saved like 1/4 a cent per 3090 die by going with Samdung "8nm" (same shit as their 12nm node) process. Turned out somewhat in their favour considering TSMC can't keep up/the entire industry being torn apart by miners and scalpers.

I'm playing at 3440x1440 Ultrawide and yes I don't play at 4k
With my RTX 3090 and KPE XOC BIOS uncapped I can easily see 500-600W power draw hahaha, only at 85-90% I'm not hitting power limit
Hope this helps
Thanks, Jura
My point is that at lower resolutions dlss isnt gonna help, but at 4k and beyond, it does
