Excellent news for all PC gamers, as GameFly is offering Irrational Games' Bioshock for free. According to its description, the game is available for purchase (as a free digital download) in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom. Just get it off piratebay. I mean, it's free now so they can't complain about hurting profits or hurting the developers, and it saves all that activation BS.

Not wholly true! If you look at the collections they release from major publishers a lot of the titles had Safedisc or SecuROM as the DRM when released. Not all are 'retro' either: Assassins Creed, The Witcher 1 & 2, Torchlight and the recently added Tell Tales Games catalogue show they don't just do retro.
If I can grab a DRM free copy of a game I own I do, If I can't then I don't, so no big loss.
@Mikedogg: I own it on Steam, I only want legit ways to get DRM free games hence I use GOG if they have a DRM free version of a game I own!
