Google acknowledged that there are problems with Bluetooth on the smart Home speaker. Users complained about not being able to hold a stable connection, Google now says it is working on a solution to the problem.

Music can be played from a telephone via the Google Home, among other things. But the Bluetooth connection would cause problems for two years already, several users report. The connection would often falter, for example suddenly interrupting music during playback, in many cases this happens every two to three minutes. Exactly how many people suffer from the problem is not clear.

Google writes in a response to investigate what exactly is wrong and says it is working on a solution. The company does not disclose any further details about this. It is therefore not clear when the software update will appear.
