GOODRAM Releases IRDM PRO M.2 SSD PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD with a maximum capacity of 4TB

Poland based Wilk Elektronik, responsible for the brand, will offer the NVMe M.2 SSD IRDM PRO M.2 SSD compatible with PCI-Express4.0 (x4) under the GOODRAM brand.

The NAND flash is 3D TLC, the controller is Phison "PS5018-E18," and it has a DRAM cache with a size of up to 2GB. It also has a huge aluminum heatsink to reduce slowdowns caused by thermal throttling. The capacity range includes 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB models, with sequential read speeds of up to 7,000MB/sec and write speeds of up to 6,850MB/sec (1TB model is 5,500MB/sec), random read speeds of up to 650,000 IOPS (350,000 IOPS), and write speeds of 700,000 IOPS.

The MTBF is 2 million hours, the write endurance is 700TBW for the 1TB model, 1,400TBW for the 2TB model, and 3,000TBW for the 4TB model, with a 5-year product guarantee.
