Gigabyte releases Z370 Aorus Gaming Ultra 2.0
Gigabyte has outted a revision 2.0 of their Z370 Aorus Gaming Ultra motherboard, the new model gets improved power delivery and will become available on the market February the 24th.
The Core i7 / i5 / i3 series of Coffee Lake compatible motherboard now gets an 8 phase of CPU power supply and sees ferrite choke coils. In addition, a M.2 heat sink for SSD "M.2 Thermal Guard" was added as well. Other basic functions are not changed, LED lighting with "RGB Fusion" allowing 5V / 12V digital LED strips, an audio circuit with "AMP-UP Audio and a S/N ratio of 120 dB. There is Smart Fan 5" which can control fan rotation and has 6 temperature sensors, metal shield "Ultra Durable Armor" to protect memory/expansion slot, "Anti-Sulfur" which protects components from sulfur compounds, etc.

What is a 3.1Gen1-Type-C Front panel connector on a motherboard ? It's a socket and realy dont care what Type of connector is on the other end as long as it is 3.1Gen1
