Gigabyte has unveiled two new WRX80 / W680  workstation motherboard models, the MC62-G41 and the MW34-SP0. 



The MC62-G41 is a Socket WRX8 motherboard that uses the AMD WRX80 chipset. CPU is equivalent to the Ryzen Threadripper PRO 3000WX / 5000WX series. The form factor is CEB (305x267mm), the memory slot is DDR-3200x8, and it can be enlarged up to 2TB when LRDIMM is used. Storage is M.2 x 2, U.2 x 3, SATA3.0 (6Gbps) x4, expansion slots are PCI-Express4.0 (x16) x6, PCI-Express4.0 (x8 / x16 shape) x1, M.2 x 2, M.2 x 3, M.2 x 4, M.2 x 5, M.2 x 6, M.2 x 7, M.2 x 8, M.2 x 7, M.2 x It is outfitted with.2 2230 x 1 (for wireless card). The MW34-SP0 is an LGA1700 motherboard that employs the Intel W680 chipset. The CPU is backwards compatible with Intel Core processors from the 12th generation. M.2 x 4, SATA3.0 (6Gbps) x8, PCI-Express5.0 (x16) x1, PCI-Express5.0 (x8 / x16 shape) x1, PCI-Express3.0 (x4)) X1, M.2 2230 x 1 (for wireless card). The network is 2.5 gigabit LAN x1 (Intel I225), the management chip is ASPEED AST2600 (also with management gigabit LAN), the audio chip is Realtek ALC897, and the OS is Windows 11/10 compatible.
