Gigabyte Releases Radeon RX Vega 64 Gaming OC WindForce 2X Series

Gigabyte releases two new AMD RX Vega GPUs just in time for October, a 56 and 64 model. They are offering a Gaming OC custom version of the graphics card with a dual fan configuration (WindForce 2X cooler).

Details are still a little scarce but tagged under product code GV-RXVEGA64GAMING OC-8GD the 64 model is based on GBT's own custom-design PCB and thus that  WindForce 2X cooler, vented by two big 100 mm fans. The cards feature a 13-phase VRM and are powered with two 8-pin PCIe power connectors. The cards fall in the Aorus line with the black orange design and a backplate with that copper slab on the GPU zone.

  • Boost: 1560 MHz / Base: 1276 MHz
  • (Reference Card Boost: 1546 MHz / Base: 1247 MHz)

Both cards are boosting up to 1560 MHz, with the memory clocked at reference. Connectivity wise you'll see three DisplayPort 1.4 and another three HDMI 2.0 ports. Pricing is TBA and a little extra info, you will not be seeing reviews anytime soon as Gigabyte is not seeding the product towards media (at this time).
