Gigabyte outs Radeon R9 380X with WINDFORCE 2X cooling system

Gigabyte released a new 380X SKU, this round with a WINDFORCE 2X cooler. The product is all customized including cooler, PCB and backplate. The GPu will run a core clock of 970 MHz and is tied towards 4GB GDDR5 memory on a 256-bit memory interface.

The model is tagged under SKU code GV-R938XWF2-4GD and comes with 2048 shader processors, 128 TMUs and 32 ROPs (antigua/tonga).The WINDFORCE 2X cooler has LED indicators. The fans will remain off when the GPU is under a set loading or temperature for low power gaming. Besides, LED fan indicators on the top of the graphics card provide an instant display of whether the fans are spinning or not. Display connectors are two dual-link DVI, and one DisplayPort 1.2a and HDMI 1.4a connector.
