Gigabyte Nan-Ping Factory Tour - Creation of a motherboard
Last week Guru3D visited Gigabyte's Nan-Ping production factory in Tawan. We followed the design and productions stages of both a motherboard and VGA card.
In this article we'll take you though the entire fabrication processes guided with dozens and dozens of photo's. If you have never seen this kind of article, it's easily one of the more impressive articles you'll read in a while. The Nan-Ping fabric employs over 1,200 people, the Nan-Ping facility has a capacity of making 250,000 motherboards per month. It can make 50,000 graphics cards a month and, on the server side of things, 5,000 parts.
We had an all-access pass and a photo-camera to shoot what you always wanted to see... the creation of a motherboard and graphics card.
