It sounds like they probably have the latest revision but there is a chance that you still get the old one.

Wouldn't the revision be stated on the box?

i have the same board and it does say rev 1.1 in the fine print on a shipping identification sticker on the box but that does not help you. Also i bought mine from microcenter back in January.
