Gigabyte confirms the launch of Z490 for April 30

With an image of its Z490 Aorus Master, Gigabyte announced that on April 30 it will launch its 400 Series motherboards in an “Aorus Direct” event that will be broadcast on YouTube at 2:00 pm.

Along with the announcement, Gigabyte also shows advances of some motherboards that it prepares, although it is not new since all the Z490 models of the brand were leaked, removing all the surprise from the announcement. The rumors are simply confirmed that the announcement will be this Thursday 30, including 400 Series motherboards of all brands, and the new 10th Intel Core processors. Generation "Comet Lake-S".

In addition to the Z490, Q480, H470, B460, and H410 are also expected to be announced, cheaper alternatives with the LGA 1200 socket for processors with locked multipliers and / or mid-range PCs. There are still no leaks on images of motherboards with this chipset, although many Asus and Gigabyte models have already been listed , confirming their existence.

Yeah, there will surely be many more pre-launch leaks.

This platform is dead before even being born...
In their place I wouldn't even care about making a motherboard for these cpu's but I suspect they have some agreements with Intel.
These "new" cpu's from Intel deserve only some of those low cost oem manufactured motherboards in beige carton boxes with a recycled A4 paper sheet as manual and a sata cable.
