Gigabyte confirms GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics cards
It's not a surprise, of course, but Gigabyte registered the GPU for the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti with the ECC, proving the card's existence (Eurasian Economic Commission). There are eight different NVIDIA GPU graphics card models listed in the paper.
Instead of the controversial 12GB RTX 4080, NVIDIA will announce the RTX 4070 Ti, which sits between the RTX 4080 16GB and the RTX 4090. Many people speculated that the GPU would be rebranded as an RTX 4070 or RTX 4070 Ti after the launch was scrapped due to the incorrect nomenclature (according to NVIDIA).

RTX 4070 Ti specifications and performance
The RTX 4070 Ti will have 7680 CUDA cores and a clock speed of 2.61 GHz. The memories would operate at 22.5 Gbps, whereas the RTX 3090 Ti would operate at 21 Gbps. The GPU's TDP will be 285 W.
Some of the performance had already been shown by NVIDIA (as the RTX 4080 12GB), so we know that the RTX 4070 Ti performs !30% worse than the RTX 4080 in games and is up to 40% faster than the RTX 3070. NVIDIA's charts show that, if they do not change anything, the RTX 4070 Ti performs about the same as the RTX 3090 Ti, with a slight advantage for the Ampere GPU, but with DLSS 3.0, the advantage stays with the Ada Lovelace.
The document also shows that Gigabyte plans to release four Radeon RX 7900 XTX graphics cards in addition to three RX 7900 XT models. Industry insiders have already said that AMD will not have the RX 7900 with all of its associated manufacturers on December 13.

I don't see any reason for this card existing unless it vastly undercuts the 7900s in price. I have a hard time believing there's any chance of that happening. I suppose some DLSS3 shenanigans could give it some leverage.
