Awful design, looks like a graphics card from the 90s. Is there no way they could've made this without a fan?!?

These cards do run pretty warm, I have a dual intel 10gb card in my server and that gets to around 45-50c on the heatsink, so fan might be wise choose on a 4x 10gb card.
