Get Even 'What Is Real' Teaser
The Farm 51 has released a teaser trailer for its upcoming next-gen FPS title, Get Even. The game is powered by Unreal Engine 3 and is planned for a 2015 release. Check it out after the break alongsider two screenshots. It looks pretty awesome really.

the actual house looks just like that in the ingame engine. in other where they are demonstrating the engine with a flyby. but no idea about the animations.

They are using 3D scanning.
I bet that would require truckload of VRAM if done in real-time game.
