TPU GPU database maintainer Matthew Smith claims that some RTX 4070 graphics cards have been confirmed with clock speeds.

The RTX 4070 has a base clock of 1920 MHz and a boost clock of 2475 MHz, lower than the RTX 4070 Ti's 135 MHz lower boost and 390 MHz lower base. Colorful's RTX 4070 iGame Ultra White OC reportedly has a boost clock of 2505 MHz, a 30 MHz overclock. Colorful is the first company to submit an overclocked RTX 4070 non-Ti card to the GPU-Z validation database, which may be the source of this information. The card is said to be in testing with non-standard clocks, mentions videocardz

Matthew also addressed rumors of the TITAN ADA card, confirming its existence but unsure of when or if NVIDIA will release it. The new TITAN card has already appeared in the validation database with a base clock of 2235 MHz and boost clock of 2520 MHz, as well as 48GB of GDDR6X memory. The RTX 4070 non-Ti is expected to enter mass production in February, with the RTX 4060 Ti expected to follow. NVIDIA has not confirmed a release date for either card.
