An embargoed document is listing the RTX 3090 Ti launch date. Meanwhile information on the RTX 3070 Ti 16GB is listing as well.
The embargo dates for NVIDIA's board partners are given to them in advance, mentions videocardz (who posted all this). All of the dates that apply to the new product are in those documents. They include things like "product announcement," "review sample seeding," "reviews," and "on-shelf date." The first official document from NVIDIA only says when the RTX 3090 Ti will be on sale. January 27th is the date that NVIDIA says it go on sale. Typically reference reviews commend a week prior to that date.

As a result, we also know that on December 17th, NVIDIA will announce its RTX 3070 Ti 16GB graphics card. On January 11th, this card will released. It is expected that the card will have the same number of CUDA cores and the same clock speeds as the 8GB model. This is what they mean by that. A full GA104 GPU (GA104-401, to be exact) with 6144 cores is what this means. There is no reason to believe that this card will be faster than the one with 8GB of memory.
On January 27, NVIDIA RTX 3050 goes on sale. We also know that NVIDIA plans to show off its first XX50 series GPU on January 4, which could be at its CES 2022 Executive Keynote. The GeForce RTX 3050 non-Ti is rumored to have a GA106-150 GPU with an unknown number of CUDA cores, and it will be available late January. It is speculated that it may have 3072 CUDA cores; however, such a count is not possible with GA107, which has a maximum of 2560 cores. A GPU like the RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU operates in this configuration. In addition, the RTX 3050 is said to be equipped with 8GB of GDDR6 video memory.
