New Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Ti specs have leaked, it was discovered that the GPU has 24GB of gDDR6X graphic RAM with a clock speed of 21 Gbps. A total of 384 bit width is available on the memory bus, resulting in a memory transfer rate of about 1,008 GB/s.

NVIDIA enabled 84 SM units on the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti, resulting in a total of 10,752 CUDA cores (versus 82 SM / 10496 cores on the RTX 3090 Non-Ti). Along with CUDA cores, NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 3090 Ti features next-generation RT (Ray-Tracing) cores, Tensor cores, and all-new SM or streaming multi-processor units. The GPU operates at a base frequency of 1560 MHz and a boost frequency of 1860 MHz. The card's TDP is 450W. (a 100 Watt increase over the RTX 3090).

  • Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Ti: 40 Tflops (FP32) / 78 Tflops (RT) / 320 Tflops (Tensor}
  • Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090: 36 Tflops (FP32) / 69 Tflops (RT) / 285 Tflops (Tensor)

The GeForce RTX 3090 Ti features 24 GB of RAM, all of which is next-generation GDDR6X. The RTX 3090 Ti supports GDDR6X memory rates of up to 21 Gbps thanks to Micron's latest and finest graphics memory chips. This, combined with a 384-bit bus interface, results in a cumulative bandwidth of 1008 Gbps. Additionally, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti graphics card is said to be the first PCIe Gen 5.0-compliant graphics card, with a single 16-pin power socket capable of supplying the card with up to 600 Watts of power. As you can see, the connector is rated for 600W power delivery and is compatible with PCIe Gen 5.0 cards.
