XFX decided to create a little marketing spin again by leaking a photo of their upcoming GeForce GTS. Mentioned many times already, NVIDIA is going to rename some of their products during CeBIT in two weeks. The GTX 250 is in fact a  GeForce 9800 GTX+

The GeForce GTS 250 series from XFX will have a custom cooling design. As it is a 9800 GTX+ it features a 55 nm G92b graphics processor. Its clock-speeds are expected to be 738/1836/1100 MHz (core/shader/memory) roughly on par with reference speeds. The card will have the same 512 MB of GDDR3 memory and 256-bit memory bus.

And yes, the GTS 240 is in fact the 9800 GT (which was the 8800 GT).
