GALAX Releases GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Hall of Fame edition 8GB

GALAX Releases GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Hall of Fame edition 8GB

I literally received this board moments ago for a review, however, Galax is already teasing and promoting it online. Galax and in the EU KFA2 will soon release its white colored HOF edition of the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti.

As required by Nvidia, the card runs factory stock reference clocks out of the box, at 1607 MHz on the base clock, 1683 MHz Boost and 8 Gbps GDDR5 memory.

The card is based on a 12 layer PCB and gets 8+3 phases for GPU and memory. The backside not just has a backplate, it also has a small LCD screen where you can read of data from :)

Much like it's 1080 Ti counterpart, the card has the big triple-fan cooler with RGB elements. It's a 2.5 slot solution and comes with the Hall of Fame branding, of course. The card is fed by two 8-pin power headers. The card has three DP outs, one HDMI, and a DVI connector.

Also included will be, what I can only describe as a rod, a stabilizer to prevent that the card would hang and potentially break a poor quality PCIe slot. We'll have our review up soon enough to show you all the ins and outs of the product.

I have yet to run into one of these Galax HoF cards, but they really do look like well built cards. Anybody run one??? What's it like?
