GALAX in China unveiled its latest air-cooled custom-designed graphics card, the RTX 4080 HOF (Hall of Fame), which is powered by the GeForce RTX 4080.

The HOF (Hall of Fame) series represents the top tier of GALAX GPUs, designed for extreme overclocking, and are typically shipped to overclockers before becoming available on the market. While GALAX had already released the RTX 4090 and RTX 4070 Ti HOF series, the RTX 4080 had been delayed until now. The three new models, all featuring the same design, offer enthusiasts new options for powerful and high-performing GPUs.

These detachable bits allow for vertical installation on a test bench or a vertical slot.

  • GALAX GeForce RTX 4080 HOF OC LAB Plus: 2640 MHz boost
  • GALAX GeForce RTX 4080 HOF OC LAB: 2595 MHz boost

The RTX 4080 HOF is available in three variants, with the top-of-the-line RTX 4080 HOF OC Lab Plus-X boasting a 2640 MHz boost frequency out of the box and the HOF Panel III accessory, an LCD display panel that provides real-time monitoring stats of the card. The RTX 4080 HOF OC Lab Plus is essentially the same as the Plus-X but without the HOF Panel III, while the RTX 4080 HOF OC Lab is the "lite" variant with a 2595 MHz boost frequency and no HOF Panel III. All three variants have a power limit of 400 W with their "Performance" BIOS enabled, which can be manually adjusted up to 470 W. With the "Silent" BIOS, the power limit drops to the NVIDIA-reference 320 W. All three cards come with a single 16-pin 12VHPWR rated for 600 W input.
