For every generation flagship GeForce graphics card GALAX always designs a HOF edition, the hall of fame edition. A product series that completely overkill in hardware design. New photos have surfaced of the GeForce RTX 3090 revision.
HOW is always carrying a white PCB, and a three fan air-cooler. Where it really happens though is the PCB and component selection. The 3090 will be fitted with a huge VRM configuration made out of 26 phases for both GPU and memory subsystem. You can spot three 8-pin power connectors. You can also spot probes for voltage measuring directly from the card. The card will be paired with a big LCD screen as well. Considering this engineering build looks fairly final, I'd say a release next month could be imminent.
Update: Galax is now showing official images of the product. The has a HOF Panel III (4.3 inch LCD screen), three 8-pin connectors, 26 VRM phases and dual BIOS Perf/SIlence. The card sees a boost frequency of this GPU is 1875 MHz.
