GALAX GeForce GTX 970 BLACK EXOC SNIPER EDITION Graphics Card Launches

The GTX 970 is still a mighty popular graphics card. With the graphics industry at an alltime slow, AIB partners are still outting new SKUs based on this 2014 GPU. GALAX, for example recently released the GeForce GTX 970 BLACK EXOC SNIPER EDITION.

Powered by NVIDIA’s ‘Maxwell’, this high performance graphics card is built with 1664 CUDA Cores, a 256-bit memory interface, a core clock of 1178MHz, a boost clock of 1329MHz and a 4GB of GDDR5 memory set @ 7010MHz.

My replacement of the original one I got died now. lol

And yeah, got the Titan X from a friend for $300. Sad story since it was his dad's, and he passed so they were selling off some of his stuff....

RMA'd the replacement one so waiting to hear back on Powercolor for that, but that's going to my brother. His 770 died awhile back, so this will be a nice surprise for him.

I loved the card though, but I'm not keeping a Powercolor built card if it's gonna keep dying on me.
