And likely that was intended by design. GALAX showcased their enthusiast-oriented GeForce RTX 4090 HOF (hall of fame) graphics card. Using two ATX 12VHPWR connectors, the card can theoretically take up to 1275 W of power from the enormous 27+4 phase VRM. 



The two plugs are there to help with power levels over 600 W. To find out for sure, we must wait, although we seriously doubt that it is "1200 W." The second power connector should also help absorb excursions that may otherwise destabilise the OC and cause the benchmark to crash after particularly rigorous testing. The OCLab Edition of this card is often packaged with a water block made by Bitspower. 

The card has an AD102-300 GPU, which confirms that it is an RTX 4090 with 16384 CUDA cores and 24GB of GDDR6X memory. A quick look shows that the card has 28+4 phase VRM, which is a configuration that no other RTX 4090 card on the market has yet to offer. RTX 3090 Ti HOF (24+4 VRM) was made with a design that was very similar. Also, there are voltage measurement points on the top of the card, and we can see the OC-button that loads the LN2 BIOS.
