G.SKILL Releases New Low-Latency DDR4-4000 CL16 and DDR4-4400 CL16 Memory Kits
G.SKILL is excited to announce new high-performance, low-latency memory kits at DDR4-4000 CL16 32GB (16GBx2) and DDR4-4400 CL16 16GB (8GBx2). Both kits are already available on some G.SKILL authorized retail partners.

These should useful when zen3 arrives and i will probably get a new kit for the 5800x. Zen2 is basically stuck at 3600.

I wonder what the difference would be between this new kit and the existing Royal at DDR4-4266MHz

Royal:
DDR4-4266 CL17-18-18-38 1.50V
New kit:
DDR4-4000 CL16-19-19-39 1.40V (voltage in screenshot)
Slightly lower voltage, but timings are mix of up and down compared to the royal kit.
Where can you get the 4266 c17 2x16gb kits? I havent seen any. can you link please?

Of course it depends on where you're from, according to your profile, USA, but I'm from the UK, so wouldn't have a clue. In the UK I can also only find a single site that sells it.
