G.SKILL collaborates with ASROck to release SNIPER X STEEL LEGEND Edition DRAM soon

G.SKILL International and ASRock will collaborate on some snazzy DRAM DDR4 memory called SNIPER X. At least in the Asia region, the memory series would become available soon, and sure that does look pretty.

The product lineup consists of two models , the 8GBx2 "F4-3600C18D-16GSXAS" and the 16GBx2 "F4-3600C18D-32GSXAS" . Both have an operating clock of 3,600MHz, a latency of 18-22-22-42, an operating voltage of 1.35V, and a memory profile compliant with Intel XMP 2.0.

Equipped with a new heat sink inspired by "Steel Legend" with a top bar that matches the camouflage pattern of the motherboard. Also, by combining it with a "Steel Legend" motherboard equipped compatible BIOS, it will change to the original UEFI screen. In addition, the memory timing has been adjusted for high clock and stable operation on both Intel and AMD platforms on the "Steel Legend" series motherboards.
