And the specification of the card series is identical to the non-launched 4080 12GB with a number of 7680 shader cores and 12GB GDDR6X memory. The GPU clock speeds are 2310/2610 MHz (base/boost).

PNY's RTX 4070 Ti XLR8 VERTO and VERTO GPUs are soon to be released, as evidenced by the particulars above. Both models include three fans, however, the second is somewhat thinner and lacks RGB lights (3 slot vs. 3.3-slot). It is worth noting that PNY was the only manufacturer to release all specifications for their RTX 4080 12GB cards before NVIDIA discontinued them. The XLR8 VERTO seems to be almost identical to the model the company previewed two months ago.

Rumor has it that NVIDIA will unveil their RTX 4070 Ti graphics processing unit (GPU) on January 5th. The only thing missing is the price,  could/should be less than the "original" MSRP of $899 for the RTX 4080 12GB.
