Did some googling and overall the "Mini Ninjas" code is not working. Maybe they just pulled the campaign as it went rogue and spread over the internet to much larger audience than intended.
But it kinda worked one me, now I really want play that game

The last Formula 1 game i played was Grand Prix 4.
Tried various titles around the time, but always came back to the GP series.
F1 2015 is not a great title. In fact, is probably the worst in all F1 series.
