NVIDIA has rolled out a much-awaited update for Forza Horizon 5, adding the latest DLSS 3 and Reflex features. The update allows the game to run smoothly at over 120 frames per second in 4K/UHD resolution on RTX 40 series, including the RTX 4070 Ti.

Based on NVIDIA benchmark results, the game achieves the impressive frame rate while running on an Intel Core i9-12900K, 32 GB of RAM, and with maximum settings and extreme ray tracing mode in Super Resolution Performance Mode. Even with RTX 4070 Ti, the game averages 125.2 frames per second with the DLSS 3 update.

The latest update is timely as the new Rally Adventure expansion for Forza Horizon 5 launches tomorrow, March 29th, which brings players to the rugged and diverse Sierra Nueva location. The expansion is included in the Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-ons Bundle, the Premium Edition and Expansions Bundle, or can be purchased as a standalone for $19.99.

Aside from the Forza Horizon 5 update, NVIDIA has also added DLSS 2 support for three more games - Gripper, Smalland: Survive the Wilds, and The Last of Us Part I. Additionally, NVIDIA has updated the Image Comparison and Analysis Tool (ICAT), which now supports HEVC format videos and enables users to export analysis as a video file.
