Fold Faster on GPUs With FahCore_17
A great milestone has been achieved in the area of folding on GPUs with the release of FahCore_17. Currently, it is in public beta and will eventually be rolled out to all supported GPUs once the public Beta testing is done. Here are some highlights:
1) Faster and more stable than before
2) Native Linux Support on Nvidia (AMD support will be once the drivers are imrpoved)
3) Better code base
Moreover, Yutong Zhao (Proteneer) a GPU programmer at the Folding@Home will be doing a Reddit IAMA where he will answer your questions so check it out -> Link

Installing the 320.00 beta drivers may also boost speeds. Nvidia backported the funnel shift instruction for Fermi which provides a speed boost assuming funnel shifts are used.
