Is that how everyone plays these games? That guy was walking through relatively fast. On my first playthrough, I would have checked out every nook in that place, read every sign, checked out 360° of the horizon, etc. Maybe that walkthrough was meant to condense the first mini act into just a few minutes. It's definitely got a Bioshock feel though.

Not me. When a reviewer says a game is 17 hours long usually it takes me 30-35 hours to complete. Not because i die often (i'm a relatively good gamer) but simply because i take my time and look at the scenery. Specially in a games like Witcher or Half Life.
