imo wont happen, seems SE have deal with sony or what
but most dev. in japan is still depending on Console sales rather than sharing with PC sales... PC is the last to consider, even smartphone might get better priority to them
There were some rumours that it might come to PC, but even if it's true that doesn't mean it'll be within a reasonable time frame.
will run ~20-30fps then?
I expect 30fps at a low resolution with dips below 30 considering it'll be made and optimized for the lowest common denominator, the Xbone. I guess in that scenario it'd hold that 30fps better on the PS4 version even if its resolution and overall image quality is intentionally gimped to match the bone. That's my guess at least, some companies have done 20fps before but I don't remember an SE game ever being 20fps.
I imagine it'll look pretty poor compared to what they're showing. How much can they pump out on 768 stone age stream processors? Fun fact, the Xbone has awkward resolution limitations due to the use of 32MB eSRAM rather than a proper memory system. So even if they weren't severely limited by a 768 SP GPU, the cheap-ass memory system would take a dump on everything anyway. Remember those extremely awkward resolutions some Xbone games had? Yep, due to the 32MB eSRAM limitations.
Edit: 32MB, not 10, I was thinking of the 10MB eDRAM on the XB360.
I'm really wondering how much MS saved by going with DDR3 + eSRAM over GDDR5 and 768 SPs instead of the still measly 1024. Am I crazy for thinking it can't be much?
