Fear The Wolves PC Requirements

Focus Home Interactive and Vostok Games have revealed the official PC requirements for their upcoming post-apocalyptic Battle Royale FPS, Fear The Wolves, via the game’s Steam store page.

Fear The Wolves is a 100 player battle royale experience that supports solo and squad modes and will be inspired by the STALKER games. Fear the Wolves is a competitive Battle Royale FPS by Vostok Games. Escape S.T.A.L.K.E.R.’s Chernobyl pursued by mutants, radiation, horrific anomalies, the weather, and other players. Fear The Wolves PC System Requirements:

MINIMUM:

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 7/8/10 (64 bits)
  • Processor: Intel Core i3-2130 (3.4 GHz)/AMD FX-4100 (3.6 GHz)
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: 1 GB, GeForce GTX 650 Ti/Radeon R7 260
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 16 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: System requirements may change as a result of optimization changes throughout Early Access.

RECOMMENDED:

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 7/8/10 (64 bits)
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-3930K (3.2 GHz)/AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (3.2 GHz)
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM

  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 16 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: System requirements may change as a result of optimization changes throughout Early Access.

As Vostok Games noted, these requirements are for the Early Access build and may be changed/lowered after additional optimizations during this Early Access phase.

Nice graphics. Shaders need quite some sharpening/contrast, a lot of stuff is blurred. But environment design looks very cool.

Right, I missed that. Too bad. I have PUBG/Fortnite and I kind of do not enjoy that play style.
BR is kind of thing you release when you do not know how to make game content which will keep people playing. Or when you do not have resources to develop all story lines or procedural AI.

Well, I have to say, BR is a concept that's supposed to keep people fighting in a round if there's no real objectives to play.
I see the sense behind it, but it lacks appeal to me personally. Obviously other's see that different, to each their own :)

I like how it looks. If this game won't be infested by cheaters like Fortnite / Pubg, it may be worthwhile playing.

Also, they Must make proper sound positioning. Otherwise its a waste of time like modern CoD games.
