With this chart, lower = better. Huge spikes above 40 ms to 50 ms can be considered a problem like a stutter or indicate a low frame-rate.
Though in their defense, none of that is really visible on screen.
Sooooo, where is this VISUAL frame time discrepancy?
Rather a let down result for amd in aots, being its heavily sponsored game but can't achieved smooth frame time like nvidia.

Yes correct the RX480 Red Devil .. though I am awaiting a new BIOS for that one. Hope to have a review up by end of week or early next week.
