Fallout 4 - PC Systems Requirements

Bethesda has shared a Fallout 4 release FAQ which shares details of the minimum and recommended system requirements for Bethesda's upcoming RPG sequel, more after the break.

We're almost there! In just over a month, the wait for Fallout 4 ends and you can finally explore its densely populated Wasteland on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Until then, Vault-Tec was kind enough to provide us with some handy information to ready you for launch.

PC Systems Requirements (Requires Internet Connection and Free Steam Account to Activate)

Minimum

  • Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
  • Intel Core i5-2300 2.8 GHz/AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0 GHz or equivalent
  • 8 GB RAM
  • 30 GB free HDD space
  • NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB or equivalent


Recommended

  • Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
  • Intel Core i7 4790 3.6 GHz/AMD FX-9590 4.7 GHz or equivalent
  • 8 GB RAM
  • 30 GB free HDD space
  • NVIDIA GTX 780 3GB/AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB or equivalent


Console Storage Space

  • Make sure you have enough space in the vault to store Fallout 4. Fallout 4 requires 28-35 GB depending on territory and languages supported.


Release Time
Want to know exactly when you can start playing Fallout 4? Digitally the game will become available on November 10, 2015, at 12:01 am (local time) in all territories (In North America, the unlock time will be 12:01 am EST), except Asia (available at 12 am on Wednesday, November 11th) and Japan (available at 12 am on Thursday, December 17th).

I hope the UI is PC....
Fallout 3/Skyrim/NV all had horrendous UI for a PC.

Yeah good point, I can't imagine playing skyrim without SkyUI.

it would be helpful if they included with the specs the details of the actual game (ie)
which drm client is required orgin,steam.uplay...etc and
is it digital only or is there a physical copy and the most important information needed about physical copys nowadays with publishers doing dirty tricks like just put a steam intaller on 6 discs, is to please inform people how much of the there game is on the retail discs so people know how many gigs of download will be required if they buy the retail copy

It will be using Steam.
