Fall Creators Update now installed on almost 3 out of 4 PCs in use.
AdDuplex posted a report in which they show that 3 of the 4 Windows 10 PCs now run Fall Creators Update. Fall Creators Update continues its rapid update cycle and is now on almost 3 out of 4 PCs in use.
Fall Creators Update is growing rapidly and you can see the difference in ascend speed compared to the Creators Update. Another important factor to note is the decrease of the market share of Anniversary Update. It went from 10.5% last month to 6.6% in January. This is good news since we contemplated previously that 10%+ of PCs may be stuck on AU and never upgrade. This is clearly not the case.
That means that 74% of the users have updated.

I will stay on 1703 untill the next big build.
1709 had some strange FPS issues for me, sometimes would lock at 30 for a few seconds.

FCU? You mean F**ks Computers Up
Luckily I run LTSB 2016 so that update won't be available until the new build of LTSB which is slated for 2019, so we'll see if they 'force' the new update on you or not then! Also looks like LTSB will be renamed LTSC to fall inline with the Semi Annual Channel rename for Curent Branch and Current Branch for Business.

In meanwhile... insiders have to downgrade from build 17070 given via slow ring as many games with security software fail to even start.
I sometimes wonder what is MS changing so drastically that security software, which does not care about OS in "Test Mode" with disabled driver signature enforcement, freaks out.
