ASUS releases a new version of the GeForce GTS 450, labeled as as ENGTS450/DI/1GD5 with higher clocks than the reference model.

The GF106 GPU is clocked at 810 MHz, while the 192 CUDA cores (shaders) and the 1 GB of GDDR5 memory operate at frequencies of 1,620 MHz and 3,608 MHz, respectively. ASUS added EMI shielding, the GPU Guard (boost durability), a memory interface of 128 bits, POSCAPs, 4-phase power and a 6-pin PCIe connector.

The card comes with D-sub, DVI and HDMI ports and has support for 2-way SLI multi-GPU setups. Prices are not yet disclosed.
