EVGA Motherboards Based on Intel Z87 Chipset

Welcome to a new class of high performance motherboards with the EVGA Z87 Classified, FTW, and Stinger. These platforms offer a return to greatness with a completely redesigned GUI BIOS interface, re-imagined power VRM that focuses on efficiency, and loaded with features such as up to 4-Way SLI, Creative Sound Core3D quad-core audio processor, Intel Gigabit LAN, native SATA 6G/USB 3.0 and more.

These motherboards are designed for the overclocker. Built from the ground up to give you all the essentials you need for overclocking, with a GUI BIOS that is focused on functionality, brand new software interface for overclocking in the OS, ultra high quality components, and robust PCI-E 3.0 and memory trace layout. With these features and more, it is clear that the EVGA Z87 motherboards are not engineered to just be the best, they are engineered to exceed the best.

  • New GUI BIOS - Nobody understands the enthusiast more than EVGA. The brand new GUI BIOS from EVGA is focused on functionality so you can get in, and get out. No splash screens to click through, no enormous menus to scroll through, no steep learning curve. It's the way a modern BIOS should be.
  • Exceptional Layout - A right angled 24-pin power connector, right angled fan headers, and a right angled USB 3.0 header give you improved airflow, and optimised cable management. Optimal PCI-E layout gives you perfect airflow no matter what graphics configuration you are running, and an angled 6-pin aux PCI-E power connector keeps the motherboard clear of any cables that may block airflow. It also looks awesome!
  • Up to 4-Way SLI - Full support for the ultimate graphics card configuration. All while done in EATX form factor.
  • Creative Sound Core 3D Audio - Next generation quad-core Sound and Voice processor for accelerating advanced audio and voice processing technologies.
  • Re-engineered for Overclocking - EVGA and Overclocking go hand in hand. This board was built from the ground up to support overclocking. Absolutely no compromises were made here.
  • Intel Gigabit LAN - Intel network controllers are well known for reliability, stability, and performance. That is why we only use Intel Network controllers on the EVGA Z87 lineup.
  • Re-imagined VRM - Best industry available integrated power stages support much faster regulation.
  • Onboard Features - Onboard power, reset, clear CMOS, and Debug LED that shows CPU temperature and diagnostics! Also PCI-E disable jumpers make troubleshooting a breeze.

Looks nice, although the UEFI colors are kinda ugly. Never used an EVGA motherboard, but their graphics cards and customer service sure are great.

Look great, really like the stinger - anyone else think the SATA ports are in a silly place though?
