EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Clock Frequencies
EVGA already has shown a couple of renders on their GeForce GTX 1080 Ti cards like the SC editions, but did not release any info on clock frequencies. In fact, not one board partner has done that. We sorted the clock frequencies for you.
EVGA is to release the reference, SC and SC2 editions as well as the top of the line FTW model. There is a variety in custom board designs, the SC editions get a 7.1 phase power design and dual spinner cooler, the FTW3 a 10+2 phase design and a triple fan design.
Two out of the three (FTW3 and SC2) will be fitted with their sensor driven iCX Technology solution and come with a healthy dosis of RGB LED bling. The also are fitted two a three fan cooler. The Geforce GTX 1080 Ti is the new high-end product that features 3584 CUDA Cores, 224 Texture Units, a 352-bit memory controller and 11 GB of GDDR5X memory. The card should be faster than a reference Titan X and 30% faster compared to a GTX 1080.The card has the same "GP102" GPU as the TITAN X Pascal, the GTX 1080 Ti but was slighty cut-down. Interesting is the 352-bit with GDDR5X memory interface, this was not expected. This translates to 11 memory chips on the card which run at 11 GHz (GDDR5X-effective), the memory bandwidth is 484 GB/s.
This fastest clocked model will get a 1569 MHz base frequency, and 1683 MHz boost frequency. This means for the FTW3 a ~100 MHz increase in the boost frequency.
Here is an overview:
EVGA GTX 1080 Ti | FTW3 | SC2 | SC Black | Founders Edition |
---|---|---|---|---|
Base clock | 1569 MHz | 1556 MHz | 1556 MHz | 1480 MHz |
Turbo clock | 1683 MHz | 1670 MHz | 1670 MHz | 1582 MHz |

my Gigabyte FE + EVGA Hybrid Kit is due tomorrow - yeah, did cost a bazillion eurobucks, but I assume the board partners' air cooled cards will cost around the same as my DIY hybrid ..

Fact Check
Your information is wrong, their website says they're offering 3 years on all versions of their 1080 Ti's.

That's nice and all, but they have only 2 years warranty, and because it cost bazillion eurobucks i will surely go with MSI, Gigabyte or Asus, which all have 3 years warranty.
