Escape from Tarkov Shots
Battlestate Games has released some screenshots showcasing the game locations that change dynamically over the daytime hour. Check out some screenshots below the fold.
Escape from Tarkov will be launched on PC with a chance for a subsequent release on consoles and even VR support. Even in that case, the Russian studio reassured PC gamers that it won’t compromise the game in any way to get it on consoles.

Screens do look good. Looks like a tech demo, yet it reminds me of some of the areas from the original Stalker
Also this sounds to good to be true:
Russia has massive PC gaming market. Console market there is tiny, due to that the main home auditory on the game plays on PC's, hence why it makes perfect sense to focus on PC release first.

Whenever I hear "uncompromised" lately, I think of "unoptimized". It usually means "pack it in, they can take it".

Huh, didn't know. Certainly I wouldn't mind if it runs and looks good on PC, not really bothering with the rest besides general scientific interest in 'what's possible these days' tbh.

Since Survarium has been a disappointment on multiple levels thus far, I am quite interested in this one. According to the recent PCGamer article it's supposed to have over 200 guns (from the real world) at launch and a plethora of modifications for them (18 different spots you can modify on an AK47 alone). It sounds good so far.
