Yep, they are still around and ELSA released a GeForce GTX 1060 6GB SAC R2 armed with with 1280 shader Cores, a 192-bit memory interface, a core base clock of 1506MHz, a core boost clock of 1708MHz and a 6GB of GDDR5 memory set @ 8000MHz.
The card also adopts ELSA’s original S.A.C (Silent Air Cooling) dual-fan cooling solution and provides 1x dual-link DVI-D, 1x HDMI and 1x DisplayPort output ports.
The ELSA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB SAC R2 is scheduled to hit the market from August 15th for around 39,520 Yen (about $349).

9 vs 8 on GTX1060 is nearly 0 gain, most board maker have given up... only MSI still do it if i remember it's not as on 1070 or 1080.
but the price... wow it's 90 Euro too high compared to top highly tuned GTX1060 6g...
on other hand Elsa do long life GPU card... but it is only a GTX1060.
ugh.. $349, low output count, 8 Gbps instead of updated 9Gbps memory..
