EA next week to release new subscription model for hot AAA games

Game publisher EA next week will release its Origin Access Premier service. With this subscription service, users can play new EA games without restrictions for a fixed monthly fee. Origin Access Premier is the latest addition to the already existing Origin Access subscription.

With Premier new games from EA can be played unlimited, that will now include launch titles an AAA games. Example, the publisher will publish FIFA , Anthem and Battlefield in the coming months which will be included in that model.

The current plan will be renamed to Origin Access Basic in the near future. That original version costs 4 euros per month or 25 euros per year. In that model 121 PC games from EA can be played unlimited. With Premier, again, the latest games, which are not yet included in the Basic package, become available. The subscription costs 15 euros per month or 100 euros per year writes Variety.

Price of 1.5 AAA titles per year is not that much really. If you buy 2 titles per year you are actually saving money already and get all the other games playable too including DLCs.
