It's not 16.6.2. It's a modified 16.6.1 with 480 support :(

I installed the CNext only, and the WattMan stuff seems to be in the binaries, but it does not activate on my Fury X. Maybe missing some settings, some DLL, or simply hardcoded hardware ID check.

Edit:

Edit2:

There is more in the strings:

Radeon WattMan technology is an overclocking feature that lets you monitor and control GPU activity, clock, temperature, and fan settings. Use this page to optimize graphics performance within the capabilities of your system.
Higher frequencies, temperatures and limits typically allow for greater GPU performance whereas lower settings allow for a cooler and quieter running system. Take caution when increasing clock speeds as higher frequencies can result in higher temperatures and fan speeds that may overwork your graphics card.

The following settings are available for configuration:

GPU/Memory Clock Speed: Graphics performance may be improved by increasing GPU and memory clock speeds. Higher voltage values can also have the same effect. Frequency and voltage settings can be manually or dynamically controlled at each available Dynamic Power Management (DPM) state for an added level of control. Note that voltage settings are linked between GPU and memory clocks.
Fan Control: By default, the fan speed for your GPU is automatically adjusted to prevent overheating. Adjust minimum and target fan speeds as needed to improve GPU cooling or lower noise.
Temperature Control: By default, GPU temperature is automatically adjusted to prevent overheating. Extreme temperatures can trigger GPU throttling or cause your GPU fan to speed up. Adjusting throttle and fan threshold values lets you control when your system and fan responds to changes in temperature.

To assess the stability of your system using your settings, click Stress Test.

To reset all settings on the page to factory default values, click Reset.

A graph and histogram lets you view, record, and filter GPU activity and metrics in real-time. To capture data for an application, leave this page open while you run your application. Note that data capture stops and the histogram is cleared once you navigate away from this page. To gain a closer look at specific data points, hover over each point or use the buttons and menu on the histogram to zoom in and out, clear data, and switch between peak and average values.
