Its never happened to me. IDK, I have been lucky with enhanced sync since it came out. And 3 different types of freesync monitors and many different GPUS.
Didnt know this was an even an issue. I use video and youtube alot on my little 2nd monitor.

Dragon Quest XI has textures that seem like they have a different LOD value or something compared to others in some areas like Puerto Valor and Lonalulu they game itself stutters a lot too but with a RX 6950 XT and 5800X3D
