I've found a Bug right away. Reproducible (Vega 64 user here)
If you start Fallout 4 with iPresentInterval=2 (a setting in Fallout4Prefs.ini to enable 120 fps cap) you get a black screen with audio playing the intro music and with AMD's overlay showing, you can Alt+Tab to desktop and then the black screen is gone.
No issue with the defaut iPresentInterval=1 (but it limits the fps to only 60 max)
No issue with previous driver.

Why not just turn vsync off completely, set it to 0, and then use chill or something else of your choice like ENB to cap to 120? I mean it definitely counts as an issue if it never happened before, but at the same time the good news is that not only does this have more than one solution, with Fallout 4 they're probably all superior in terms of performance anyway. FO4 native vsync options, like a lot of other games, is ass. There's even a mod to get rid of above-60 fps physics bugs now.

Guys, kinda off topic a bit. But i can use something called Phantom gaming tweak, and it has a slient mode, would this destroy my card faster if i use that ?
just wanted to quiet the fan when I'm idle. My card is a 570 8GB OC asrock.
I don't OC.
