Well there's not too much to say, the release notes cover much already including the known issues still hanging by for yet another driver.
Driver version is 18.10.21.01 up from 18.10.19.01 in 18.5.2 and dated June 7th up from May 29th.
Nothing really changed in the INF other than the driver version and dates so no new settings or any GPU differences, even for a WHQL driver (These do have the Microsoft signature in addition to AMD's on the .dll files.) the mobile GPU's are not part of the INF so perhaps they've been separated into the quarterly drivers from now on? (The Q2 driver from a while back for example.)
And then comparing the profile blob well it has this: (Actually I was somewhat wrong, there's a number of updates for this driver.
)
Crossfire. ->
Updated:
World of Warcraft
The Division
World of Tanks
Ghost Recon Wildlands
Warhammer 40.000: Dawn of War 3
Middle Earth Shadow of War
Vermintide 2 (Some of these are mentioned in the release notes already.)
Added. ->
Need for Speed Payback
DXX. ->
Updated:
Sea of Thieves
And then there's profiles for Payback's exe files for this.
And Earthfall has a entry here too new for this driver.
In addition to the previous one targeting the Steam ID instead of exe file.
EDIT: Pretty sure the same as usual is true for the Crossfire profiles and these are DirectX 11 and earlier only, for DirectX 12 it's up to the developers to set and configure the multi-GPU properties.
(Thus issues like on the AMD reddit when a user asked about Vega Crossfire scaling under DX12 for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and was answered that it's down to the developers to support but since the game is past active support that's probably unlikely unless generic scaling works to some degree.)
Here that would be for Vermintide 2 and Division if this still applies.
EDIT: I guess that the Unity Engine crash / black screen bug has been solved too in this driver going by them using Subnautica as a example.
EDIT: And those first three known issues have been in there for a while now, then again NVIDIA has a couple of long standing issues too for their release notes and both likely have unlisted issues as well and probably unlisted fixes or smaller tweaks or optimizations not listed.
As usual pretty much.
Hopefully these are in the pipeline for a later driver release though, this looks like Vermintide 2 support and some bug fixes.
Not a bad driver release but the next few days should reveal if there's any other issues or unlisted fixes as other users install and test these out in a variety of games and hardware configurations.

I'm going to try it on my APU 2400G Vega 11 to see if this one works , the last driver did not installed on my APU :/ and had to stay in 18.5.1 , will post feedback later if i can.
