Latest NVIDIA Studio Driver Now Available. the latest NVIDIA Studio Driver provides optimal support for the latest releases of top creative applications including Magix VEGAS Pro v17, Autodesk Arnold, Allegorithmic Substance Painter 2019.2, Blender 2.80, Cinema 4D R21, and Otoy Octane Render 2019.2.

In addition, this new NVIDIA Studio Driver introduces support for 30-bit color across all product lines, including GeForce and TITAN, for the first time, allowing for seamless color transitions without banding. With 24-bit color, a pixel can be built from 16.7 million shades of color. By increasing to 30-bit color, a pixel can now be built from over 1 billion shades of color, which eliminates the abrupt changes in shades of the same color.

Yeah, my bad, just saw it was about applications, and not even about the gaming driver.
Got an infected tooth and guess i wasnt paying attention because of the pain..

Just in case, the studio driver also works with Maxwell GPU (GTX970, 980 and mobile version etc..) and they are supposed to support 10 bit as well !
You just need to mod the nv_dispsi.inf file (in Display.Driver folder after extraction) and disable driver signature enforcement.

Note: For now I can't try the 10 bit workflow in Premiere Pro CC, I don't have a 10 bit monitor with display port at home... just a 4K HDR TV with hdmi port and laptop screen. But if someone want a modded INF to try that, let me know : )

I have a GTX 970 and Win 10Pro 1809 and already tried to modify the ini, but it did not work for whatever reason. But I´m no expert.....
Can you give me a modded INF? That would be super helpful.

Yes, I modded the .INF file for you, the studio driver (431.70) should work with GTX 980 and your GTX 970 now!

How to:
1. First, Disable Driver Signature enforcement on Windows10:

2. Replace the file nv_dispsi.inf into the Display.driver folder with the modded one (link below).

that´s great! Thanks a lot! I´ll probably test it tomorrow and will let you know! As I work a lot with Photoshop, 10bit/channel display output could be very helpul in some cases.
I would like to disable the driver signature enforcement by using group policies:
https://windowsreport.com/driver-signature-enforcement-windows-10/#1 (solution 2). Would that be okay for this case?

Btw., I will use a german driver (431.70) (type: standard / Geforce 10 series / Win10 64bit / studio). Is that the correct one?
