maybe have a look into MSI_Util? I must set my GPU to MSI Mode otherwise it would like to have the same IRQ that the soundcard has. Must not be your issue, but could be worth to have a look after that.

That didn't make much of a difference. But I did notice it is worse while Afterburner is running. Or GPU Tweak.

Drivers don't have profile for Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem as well, and that game came out over a year ago.
